Cool bar. Went every night for a drink - friendly staff who were happy to teach us some Thai language. Staff gave us games to play and made sure we weren’t thirsty.

Scam!! do not eat or drink at the restaurant and if I could give zero stars I would. I spent one night eating and drinking here and it was the worst experience ever. They try to ask you to buy drinks for the girls and staff in the bar and one round they’ll rip you off with the bill at the end. Please save yourself from a bad nightmare and go to one of the other honest places nearby. I support shops during the hard covid time but these guys are just trying to scam tourists.

We found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable from the time we set foot in the hotel till we left. Felt very safe walking downtown up until midnight. Lots of dining to choose from. You may not enjoy having to walk through a restaurant to get to your room and there is no lift.

We came and were given a very hospitable welcoming experience. The room was always very clean. The room was beautiful with all you could want in a hotel room. The staff where absolutely lovely too and so helpful. Not that I have anything against the Australians but we are British and expect a good service.

There was always someone ready to help us. The location is decent depending what you are after. We didn't get hot water the day we reached. Food and drink price really expensive. You can hear the full thud of base music all through to the early hours. You get some great views from the hotel.

The lady serving breakfast is disinterested. she got us the wrong order then tried to push us to eat that.
