The hotel is located a short walk from the beach and the night entertainment areas, but far enough way to still be quiet. There are lots of places to eat nearby, including a great burger place across the road. It is an old hotel that needs an upgrade, but everything was clean. The bed was well used, but still comfortable. The A/C didn't work very well. No views from the windows. But the room was large, with a large balcony. Biggest annoyance for me was the bathroom. No soap tray in the shower, no TP roller by the toilet. And the towels were quite threadbare. And remember that you have to ***ually lock your door. It does not lock automatically. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice sized room. A 2 star place but with nice reception people. Breakfast was very nice for 100 baht but of course, not anything fancy. Overall a simple friendly place but not for a romantic trip. After reading other reviews, I should mention that there is pool access at the Honey Hotel next door. The pool there is nice, not deep but long.

Terrible hotel. When we got to the room the shower hadn’t been cleaned, the faucet would not drain and the toilet hadn’t been scrubbed. The walls were dirty, the floor had hair on it and our bed sheets had lipstick marks on them!

We politely asked the hostess to clean the bathroom and change the sheets and she refused to do so at fist stating that the sheets are replaced every day.

We had to insist for her to change the lipstick-stained sheets.

Overall the hotel room was not clean and the balcony as well.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but this hotel should be avoided.

Great room for the price. Pool-view and balcony, free wifi and serviced daily. 3 minutes walk to Kata beach, 7 minutes to Karon. Quick access to Kata night market and restaurants. Stayed for 2 weeks but like it so much, I extended for another 2 weeks. Highly recommended if you are on a budget. Orange car phuket or Easy to book car at web site (quickly found in google).

Dreadful place. In airbnb they say they have a pool and they DO NOT. Tried saying the pool was closed for upgrade but the pool in the pictures is from the hotel next door.

Full of ants. Aircon didn't work peoperly either. Cheap and well located. But not good.

Great bargain if you have more important things to spend your money on than a room just for sleeping.

No parking (we went in July - will be even less in high season). Coffee shop appears to have closed. Lots of nearby restaurants and massage shops.

One step above a hostel. Excellent location, very close to the beach access path. No pool. Receptionist not always present. Low budget accommodations.
