Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Phuket Old town. The rooms updated and nicely appointed. I stayed in the superior room. I picked it because it had an enclosed balcony which is nice for morning coffee and it also acts a buffer for the street noise. Only complaint is the shower. Low pressure and small nozzle

Great staff who are friendly. Rooms have new renovation which is nice, clean and feels good to be in. Good for price and I'd stay here again.

The front desk was super helpful. The man's name at the front desk was "Pi" and he was really helpful and accomodating. Our flight was at night and we had to check out in the morning but they let us keep our luggage at the place until we left for the airport. The room was really lovely and clean. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean rooms, location is great you can walk to most places. Amazing staff always available and able to assist with any questions or needs, traveling with friends and they made sure we were comfortable.
Ps, they do your laundry and you get it the next day folded and ironed and smelling delicious! Absolutely reccomend this cute hotel.

I just reached here , but can't wait to tell you about it ????, In Simple words " best Guesthouse I've been in in Phuket Town". Where do I start

1- the location : the normal Phuket buses (50bhat) will drop you 5 min walk away from the stop.

2- you came early ? No problem the reception guy was sooo polite and offered to look after my bag till the room was ready.

3- heavy bag ? The guy was so friendly he kept asking if he can carry ny bag up stairs.

4- he gave me a quick tour in the room and how to operate everything.

5- helped in selecting tours .

6-Room was big , super clean , well equipped and felt secure.

7- Bathroom again super clean and toiletries are new and not from the cheap type.

8- windows everywhere , very sunny and healthy atmosphere.

If you want to book somthing convenient dont think twice

Very nice hotel, clean and big rooms. Air conditioner works fine, as is hot water. Owner is super friendly and helpful, speaks good English too! Location is nice in the middle of the city, ATM and shops and night market are just a short walk. If you go to the islands, two piers are less than 3km away. Cafe Chang nearby offers very good food at reasonable price. We stayed in Baan Sutra for two days and it was perfect. Now off to Koh Yao Yao, thank you!

The guesthouse is located in old town phuket, central location. Near mall,
night market and many boutiques. Rooms .Are comfortable, AC
good. Pai works front desk was very helpful, no selling or pushing you to do anything. VERY nice overall
