Excellent! Clean, renovated rooms in Chinese style. Good furniture, wooden floors, renovated bathrooms☺️ I love it

If you are looking for a hostel with all dedicated rooms this is your place. It is relatively cheap and centrally located in Phuket Town. If you care about amenities go elsewhere. I was placed on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. They sent an energetic and colorfully dressed young man to show me my room but he did not offer to carry my bag up the stairs. The room is tiny. The bed is large but if you have two people one will have to crawl over the other to get in and out. The bathroom doors open inward. Once you go in you have to close them to use the sink as there is very little room. The walls do little to block external noise. Fortunately it is a fairly quiet neighborhood except on Sunday night when they have the night market. There is an electrical outlet next to the bed but it is switched with the light so if you want to charge your phone you have to leave the light on. The place is adequate in every way but not exceptional in any way.

Me and my partner just checked out after a four night stay here. The room looked lovely and the balcony was a nice extra. The air-con worked well. Breakfast was free so you can't really complain. (It's very basic).

The walls are very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door (as well as having their light come through the glass panels).

The floor and walls are all wooden and unfortunately we awoke this morning to small termites all over my bag, in my bag, on my clothes (which they had begun to eat through) and all over the bed. I translated my concerns about the termites into Thai to show the man at the front desk as no one there speaks any English (at all) and he responded "Okay okay" and proceeded to do nothing about it. We got the impression they are aware of this issue.
Also the smell of drains from the bathroom fills the room. It isn't too pleasant.

This place has the potential to be lovely, however I'll not be staying again.

Found this place for cheap, right in the heart of old town Phuket. Most Restaurants are just under 5 mins walk. The host is very humble and welcoming. Clean and cozy rooms. Only downside is the non-soundproof rooms which wasn’t a big deal for my case. Would come back again

Nicely restored Sino-Colonial building converted to a comfortable guesthouse in the central area of town. Great value for money. The staff at this hotel are really exceptional. Unfortunately we had to extend our stay as I had food poinsoning and I'm glad I was somewhere clean to be quite poorly.

We loved staying here. Breakfast is included but it can be a bit repetitive. Very helpful as they helped us book a ferry and order a taxi. A Must for anyone who wants to spend some time in Old Phuket Town well worth visiting when you are on the island.

Rooms are smaller than I realised but this didn't matter as we shoved our backpacks under the bed. Great location though and pretty streets at night. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the ferry so it is a great option if you are transferring. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a boutique hotel at a great price.
