I was very satisfied with our room. Rooms are clean ans basic. I was always taken care of. The air conditioner was working extremely well. Upon arriving we were greeted by a welcoming receptionist. The staff were probably some of the most friendliest hotel staff. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice place for the value. It's also right in the Old City and is even located on the street where the big weekend street market happens. HOWEVER the point about the steep stairs should be taken very seriously. Those steep stairs were wet from mopping (there was no sign or warning or anything) and I fell down the stairs. The owners were very nice and helpful (even giving me tiger balm) so the service was great and I have no complaints about that.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find we were upgraded to a private room instead of the dorm. We found our room to be of a good size. We found the rooms to be clean. The owners and staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Perfect place to spend a ro***tic evening out.

My stay was three days as part of a longer trip. These rooms without doubt will be the best hotel room we are ever likely to stay in. Any requests we asked for were promptly taken care of. The room rate is fairly unbeatable for the product. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of friendly peoplein the area. The location is without a doubt the best location. The neighborhood was very safe for walking at night. The women in the shop downstairs were so helpful in getting hold of the company to change the pickup address and went well out of their way to help. The shower head had great pressure.

The location is the best for someone who wants to be in paradise. The staffs work there are very nice. The breakfast in the morning we found disappointing. The room we were in was in need of a remodel. I thought the bed was a bit hard. Very helpful for the group of us.

The owner found a very nice room for me when everybody was fully booked for new year's celebration. He also helped me to get to Koh Sukorn. If not his writings it would be too hard to explain where I need to go to locals))
