This hotel is quite convenience. Its close to high attraction place and temples.
Good facilities and parking area.

A simple city hotel with parking. Good location not far from the Nan River, some restaurants and parks are within walking distance. Unfortunately the hotel has been renovated cheaply and is a blender. Some things in the rooms don't work at all, but the highlight is the shower, the drain is wrongly laid out and the tiles are too high, the water runs to the wrong side and floods the entire toilet. It is incomprehensible that this problem was not solved immediately, it has been criticized by many guests for months. Otherwise the rooms would be well furnished, modern and with good beds. Unfortunately, the touchscreen system for lighting control does not work properly either. There is simple breakfast in the lobby, it is not special and not worth mentioning.

The mattress is too soft such that I had a back pain in the morning. The reception guy looks so emotionless.

Good location that you can walk to visit 3 major temples of Phisanulok within 300m. Rooms are newly decorated but disappoint on cleanliness. Too many dust and dirty carpet outside the rooms.

Arrived late at night. Dirty water. Front desk said run the water for 30 minutes. And, it gets clear. Never did. Imagine how contaminated clear water was. Too late to change. Hotel offered a discount (partial refund). Never came.

Great value.
Ordered spinach and cheese for dinner with soup, very good. Fridge had two waters and pop, some bananas also provided.

Staff are accommodating and kind.

Breakfast is worth it, if you like fresh food.

Towels are clean of course..

Water is brown because of construction. Told up run water for 30 mins. Still brow. No hot water. Shower broken. Breakfast food is scarce and cold.
