Every time I'm in the area I spend at least a day at the Topland Hotel and at least a couple of hours here shopping at the Plaza. Just a convenient part of my time spent whenever I pass through Phitsanulok. A great place to browse, eat and kill a little time. Or you can just do a little people watching with a cup of coffee and a snack.

Department store, grocery store, food court, childrens playground are found in one roof. Topland Plaza has its own hotel and international buffet restaurant at a very reasonable price. Our go to place.

Typical thai style shopping mall although a bit older than most it still provides good shopping and has a tops food market on the ground floor..enjoyable shopping

For all dutchies: it's like going to Vu0026D and Bijenkorf at the same time. Prices for western products are for us convenient and not too much.

This department store is centrally located in the city centre, next to the hotel. Promotional offers are what bring customers here.
