AVOID. Booked a private boat to Phi Phi Leh picking me up from my hotel at 6:20. I waited in the lobby until 6:45 and walking down to check at the nearby pier before going back to bed. The boat captain finally turned up at 8:40, near the END of the scheduled tour time, getting reception to call my room to wake me up despite being far too late. Upon complaining to Top Ten, their response was "yes this man we know is crazy, not good" - SO WHY DO THEY HIRE HIM? They refunded me but my day had already been ruined because they knowingly hire people known to be unprofessional liabilities.
