The floor was unique. Staff pleasant enough. Laundry, tours are all within short distance from the hotel. Not too bad for the price. Checked into a hostel after a night for a fraction of the cost and it's not that often you can rate a hostel higher than a hotel room but in this case I could.

The room we stayed in on the ground floor had a smell all of its own. It's very convenience that I can walk around center but it's a bit noisy at night. I could barely connect and when it did connect it was sooo slow that oyu could barely do anything online.

We booked this as it was recommended in lonely planet and it was a dump. We were greeted with a smile and was give a chance to view the room. Hotel was well located. The value for money as far as I can tell is good for Phi Phi where everything is quite expensive.

An ok place to base yourself if you're going out for the days and night and just want a bed. Thought it was in a great location on the island. The room was nice. Right where you want to be on Phi Phi; middle of everything but on a side street making the hotel quiet at night.

The best thing about the hotel is certainly its location. There's a safe provided which was fine for us and although we were on the ground floor we did feel very safe. Here the staff welcome you and are very friendly. All you need at a good price for Phi Phi.

Not very clean, they only changed towels and garbage, made our bed. The desks were very dirty, undefinable dirt on which i didn't wanna put my stuff. The aircondition stopped every morning at 8 so i woke up because it got too hot and restarted it. Also at 8 the staff started to do things by making such a noise that we couldn't sleep again. Worst thing: they always threw away the bottles of water i bought so that i would have to use their expensive water!! Staff was very unfriendly, never welcomed when we came back to the hotel and as we asked for wifi, they first said "hääää?" ...their english was very bad...

We were greeted by a lady who was not interested enough to even put her phone down and stop her movie to help us out. The room we stayed in was decent, it was definitely overpriced but that’s phi phi island in a whole. The location was great close to the fun and the beach. It was pretty quiet at night. The room was kinda clean but could have been much cleaner. Some black mold starting in places etc. It has a little balcony that looked out into an alley and other apartments. The ac worked but was pretty loud. The bed was comfy and king size was awesome. We stayed 3 nights. Not sure if I would stay here again it definitely had its perks and flaws. If you just need a place to store your stuff and be close to the party and beach it’s good if you spend a lot of time in the room maybe look elsewhere.
