Spacious and very clean, free flow coffee, all amenities you want, and breakfast is good and big.
The staff is really well trained, helpful and speak a fluent English.
Definitely high value for Thai standards.
A positive note for Pum, the girl at reception, which is smily, knowledgeable and friendly.
Location is also great, near main activities, but not noisy at night

The Sasi House was a lovely place to stay in Krabi Town, which is not a very lovely location; it’s kind of like a clean, friendly oasis. The front desk staff were absolutely beautiful - so friendly and helpful and kind! You receive glasses of cold water and a plate of fruit on arrival during check in, and then they show you to your room. The whole place is very clean and well presented. The rooms are of medium size, with an armchair/couch, a relatively comfortable bed with very comfy pillows, a small desk, a refrigerator, and a small cupboard with a small safe. Unfortunately the aircon in our first room wasn’t working, but the staff were very apologetic and lovely about giving us another room and then helping us move our things, so not at all an unpleasant experience! The bathrooms, unfortunately, do not smell good at all - we had to keep the door to it closed when we weren’t using it to stop the smell from coming into our room. They are also quite small and there’s no barrier on the floor for the shower, so the floor gets a bit wet, but overall it was clean. The pressure of the water in the shower is very low and the hot water system patchy, but it was nice to have a warm shower for the first time on our trip so far. Something we didn’t realise was that everything in Krabi Town is quite far apart, so if you’re planning to explore, plan to catch local buses (unreliable times and prices) or to pay quite a lot for taxis. However, there is the river, and there is also a lovely little night market within walking distance of Sasi where you can get dinner and fruit for local prices. There is also a restaurant attached to Sasi where you can get dinner, or a little common area in the House with tables and chairs where you can enjoy free tea/coffee and biscuits, and bring your own food from the markets to enjoy (which is what we did). We had the included American breakfast - not very large, and basic, but tasted quite good. At check out the lady at reception booked a taxi for us to the airport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Krabi Town.

This is truly a very cosy, homely and idyllic residential guest house in the heart of Krabi Town. In spite of being located at a walking distance from all markets, piers and popular hang outs, the environment around this place is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is ever smiling and and always ready to help. I would recommend The Sasi Steak House to everyone visiting Krabi. As the name suggests, don't miss their in-house restaurant. It serves amazing food. Top Dishes: Deep Fried Chicken Steak and Sea Food Pad Thai.

Good service at desk and good information give by the host. Room are clean and nice. Hotel close to market and pier for excursion to island. Must pay for food but u can walk outside to eat. I recommend this place :)

(+) Clean and comfortable.
(+) Strong Wi-Fi throughout the property.
(+) Located in Krabi town center.
(+) Friendly receptionists who can help with motorbike rental or transportation to your next destination.
(+) Breakfast is delicious and plenty.
(-) Can be noisy in the early morning (~ 8 AM, presumably cleaning staff), thereby waking you up.

Ordered 5 Thai dishes for dinner, which are very tasty, similar to what we have in Singapore. So it’s genuine Thai rather than a western fusion. It cost 680+ baht which is roughly SGD 28. It was a hit with my kids since they finished their food. The place is clean and air conditioned.

This is indeed a cozy homely place. The staff is ever smiling and Keen to make your stay comfortable and are always ready to help you. I would recommend this place to all my friends.
Sasi house keep it up.
