Would just like to say that all of the above reviews riddled me with anxiety and made me terrified that I would be left stranded on a road somewhere. This was not the case at all, we actually left 10 minutes early, there was a spare seat, had a stop off at 7/11 for 15 minutes then arrived at the pier ready to get on the ferry! We did the Krabi- to Koh Phangan route and cannot fault the experience.

Unorganised scammers. We paid for two ferry tickets to Ko Samui and when the driver left us at the pier the lady told us that we just got one ticket. He was really rude before when we didn't want to hand him our passports but go with him to the counter. Don't book the Krabi-Ko Samui route with them. It's way too expensive.

Very unfriendly guy. We didn´t booked on 12go and asked last minute for a trip to Koh Samui here. Price was much higher compared to the one mentioned on 12go. When we asked why it was so high, guy at the cashier told us we were free to look for another company... we would´nt ever come here again or recommend this to someone else!! Also the busses looked very old...

Krabi to Phuket Airport.
We payed 600 bath for a minivan from krabi to phuket airport but it's not what happened.
A minivan picked us at our hotel and drove us to krabi bus terminal, from there they told us to take a local bus to phuket airport (photo) and then the bus dropped us at a bus station near the airport and a taxi was waiting for us to take us there, everything included in the price. In the end everything was fine, the minivan was good, the local bus confortable and with a/c and the taxi driver was a really nice guy.
3 starts just because we payed for a minivan and was not the case.

Was not given the trip I bought… had to change minibus 3 times from Krabi to Donsak Pier. Was left by the side of the road to wait for 1,5 hour and had to take a later ferry. The minibuses was way overcrowded with people and luggage, and not friendly staff. All in all a terrible and long experience.

Worst travel experience in Krabi. We were let in the city at night without taxis at 3 hours walk from our hotel.

Got picked up late, drivers didnt speak any English (literally none, whatsoever), we were supposed to take a boat which the driver missed due to aimlessly waiting around god knows where, ultimately, what should have been a 2 hour drive at most turned into a 4+ hour ride. Never again!
