Railay Last Bar Tour and Travel

Did the '7 island sunset tour with snorkeling'. Worst tour experience in Thailand. Organisation was a disaster. Zero communication with the people. Only a few spoke a bit english. We had to wait for long times to enter the boat from the pier. Was not a longtail boat but a closed big boat wich we did not book. Boat captain was a kid and a true amature. I think I would have done it better. We literally only did 3 islands. Well actually four if you count Railay-East where we had dinner. Wich isn't an island and is the ugliest (only muddy mangroves) of the two Railay beaches. We first went to Poda island for 30 minutes, then to another ugly one where the boat couldn't go to the shore so we had to walk on rocks for 10 minutes to the beach. Once on the beach we walked a few meters and then the park ranger came to us to tell us we had to return because the island was closing in 5 minutes (5pm). This was like a joke. The third island even hadn't a beach. Rocks to snorkel they said. Worst snorkeling spot ever. I think I saw five fishes. People who didn't want to snorkel must stay on the boat for over an hour. And then to Railay beach where to boat manouvred for over half an hour to reach the pier. He couldn't so we had to transfer to a smaller longtail boat and then jump off one meter to the wet slippy pier. One women fell and got injured. Do NOT book with these amatures. Waste of money. Not recommended

This place canceled my stay the night before my stay. I have booked with 20 days in advance and they sent me an email the day before saying they didn't have a room for me without providing any assistance.

Do not risk stay away as there are plenty of other options around for similar price. They play really loud music until late so I don't know if you can actually get sleep at night.

These people are extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. They argue with customers, the name call, they insult you, threaten to hit you or to send someone to your room, they take you to a restaurant owned by them where they have staff steal your things and then they charge you it and take whatever money you have on you to compensate for those "stolen things. " do not book with them! There are tons of other better travel tours than them, I seriously urge you not to book with these criminals!

Made us change boats four times to only find out they are unable to takes us on the tour. Just basically you can either get your money back or you can try to do the tour tomorrow. Not once did they say we apologize for the inconvenience or sorry. Well knowing everyone is on vacation and they just wasted our day. Not once did they show any sympathy.

I had an amazing experience at the last bar. Thai fight was awesome and ting was amazing. I'm actually trying to get ahold of ting. I lost his information when we met and my fiancé and I would love to get his email so we can ask for his services at our wedding. If anyone has it please send it my way. Thank you!!
