We booked the room with 2 double beds. We are a family of 4. Beds were clean and comfortable. The room had a musty smell. The toilet was leaky. There were small holes in the roof and cracks along the sliding door. I used some tape from my first aid kit and then we didn't have anymore ants or mosquito. The pool and garden are quite nice. The staff were great. This hotel could really use some maintenance and a renovation. It was OK, but probably the least value for price of all the places we rented in Thailand.

Pretty good option. The bungalows are spacious enough, well organized with fridge and coffee. The garden is nice and in a scenery pretty amazing. Has a nice swimming pool and is well located. Just sometimes too much noise by group of young tourists but nothing too problematic. Great price value

We stayed in a cheap bungalow. The bathroom was the worst experience of my life. The don't clean the room/bathroom between guests so we are two males and there are already long hair pieces in the floor. The shower(if we can call it a shower) has not power enough and toilet gets wet when you are having a shower. Everything is SUPER dirty, so disgusting. We will change this hotel. It supposed to be a 3 stars hotel, but the cheapest room should has the minimum standards. DON'T book this hotel.

This was the worst place we’ve stayed on our whole travelling trip. It was disgusting to put it nicely. Ants EVERYWHERE. Ate at anything we left out. Crawled in the bed and bit me. Then mosquitoes were coming through the vents and biting as well. Spiders in the bathroom, ripped bedsheets and loud A/C that isn’t cold. Shower however was freezing with no hot water. Toilet was leaking and the whole place was just dirty and revolting. Would pay money to not stay here ever again. Please just save your money and avoid

I‘m not trying to be rude, but didn’t enjoy my stay at this resort. Not one bit. Worst part was they were burning their rubbish just outside the houses. Since the bungalows didn’t have windows, the whole room filled with smoke. Not only that, but the Spa doesn’t exist, the staff were very noisy, even during resting hours and the receptionist weren’t helpful. They had us move rooms after the second day of our five day stay. In addition, the rooms weren’t very clean to begin with. And to finish things off you have to an extra 200 Baht per night, just for the A/C.
Although it is cheaper than most other resorts in Railay, I would strongly advise to pay the extra few Baht and be able to enjoy your stay. Give it a miss.

Was a good location, nice bed, hot water was good, however the toilet leaked. We also didn’t realise that you need to give the key to the front desk if you want your room cleaned. Nice swimming pool and good laundry service (70b)

We stay here everytime we come to Railay, Good spacious family rooms with 2 double beds and nice balconies. It is quiet at night and the pool is great. Backdrop of stunning cliffs and so pool is in the shade in the afternoon which is great with kids. Staff very friendly. The decor is dated for sure but for the price I think it is very reasonable.
