I had deluxe doubleroom.
Every staffs were nice, friendly and helpful.
Even I arrived a bit earlier than actual check in time. But reception manage to let me check in.
And gave me minibar bag.
Which is kind of free gift has drinks and snack.
I like the Aircon here in my room working very well.
Bathroom was big and clean.
The room look quite nice.
Bed comfortable enough to get you sleep well.
I think with the price even if no breakfast but replace with snack and drink gift bag
It's good enough.
With 1500 baht/night.
And it's worth it because it's more quiet at night and less noise from bars, party.
Near food area, inside city centre
Not far to walk to beach

This is a mid-range hotel for the island. It's a five minute walk to the pier and also the party beach. It is a little noisy up until about 1 AM but I think you'll get that anywhere in this part of the island. If you want a fancier, quiet accommodation you'll need to book far away from the action. For those types of places you'll need to take a boat taxi, I didn't want to deal with that.
The staff were all very friendly and helped me to book a full day tour around the islands for 600 Baht, plus a 400 park fee. Over all about $30 USD to take a group tour around all the popular beaches and snorkeling spots around Koh Phi Phi.
They have a small workout area on the patio of the 3rd floor along with some tables to hang out. I got a room with AC and It was nice to have a place to cool down and relax. I would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, we had a very terrible experience here.
Here is a list of the negatives:
- live roach in our room
- our friends room smelled like eggs and so did the water in her shower
- not the friendliest staff
- expensive for what you get
- stains on sheets
- dripping toilet
- missing clothes after laundry service
- location (it was so loud at night that it sounded like you were in a Miami night club)

Positives:
- the rooms are nice
- they let us keep 2 out of our 3 rooms for an addition 2 hours each without charge (would be 500 bath per hour)

Pros: This hotel has the nicest bathroom I've seen in Thailand and cold air conditioning. Very clean.

Cons: 1000 baht deposit required at check in. Keep ypur receipt!!!!!!! Located right next to a bar. Loud bass and shrieking drunk girls in the hallway. Horrible Wi-Fi connection. Room smells horrible. Non existent water pressure. No hot water. The price of the room does not equal the quality of stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who might want a comfortable or restful night.
Edit: reduced to two stars after construction started right at 8 am. No sleep until after 2 am wide awake at 8 am. I dont recommend this to anyone at all.

The facilities were great, and the fact that there is a security guard at night + the main door closes at 00:00 (unless you have the key card) + there are cameras on every floor, made me feel safe as hell.

Nice balcony on third floor, and its located 2 min walk from the beach, and close to the best rooftop bar in phi phi.

Didnt charge us for late checkout.

The only negative was a rock solid hard bed...did not sleep for 5 days. When I booked online I was told they was free breakfast and that they was a sea view and that was the reason I booked the hotel I got a ground-floor room facing an Alleyway right next to the reception with noisy people from all over the world...beware of false websites. The staff was very accommodating.

This place is reasonably nice. We stayed here for New Year. Over the new year period, it was extremely overpriced, but I guess that comes with the territory.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service was decent. Location-wise, it's reasonably near the beach, and opposite Banana Bar which seems to be (one of the) centre of the action at night.
