By far the best experience for our family. Warm reception and yet so refined. This resort is pure paradise. We’ve been as a couple and later returned with my Dad, brother and our son. It’s an escape from the world that is both exotic and calming. The views of the ocean and remote preserved location are unrivaled. The food - fantastic. Our stay at Phi Phi Natural is all we could have ever hoped for and then more. So thankful and grateful to the staff and management who worked tirelessly to ensure that we enjoyed our time there. We will be back!

This was the most heartily welcome in my ten years experience of travelling. The hotel team is super enthuasistic and passionated about their work. They help and guide you there only possible. The hotel is a resort of bungalows of different sizes. There are Mango, Tamarind and Cashew trees around. At night you will here the orchestra of the jungle :-) This makes your stay pretty exciting. The hotel has also access to its own beach. Definitely one of best places to stay in Ko Phi Phi.

From arrival until departure, we were treated to 5-star service. Louise, Mook and Bannk extended us Thai hospitality, second to none. The entire staff, always smiling, extremely friendly and helpful, are passionate about their work,
making sure that all our needs were taken care of on a daily basis. Our room, directly overlooking the ocean, was completely renovated, showcasing what Koh Phi Phi paradise should look like. Housekeeping was there every morning, refreshing the room to the highest standards. We found the restaurant very clean with good food at reasonable and comparable island prices. They do not hold you hostage and price gouge you. Breakfast is included (at least for us) and was a clean, high standard buffet with a daily variety. Any kind of tour or travel arrangements were secured and double checked by the front desk to make sure your experience has zero problems. You are treated to sunrise on one side of their resort and sunset on the other side. As the sun sets into the ocean you will hear an orchestra of cicadas in the surrounding jungle. Some of the best snorkeling can be done directly from their beach for free; no need to take any costly organized trips. If you want to party and be around a lot of people, stay in Phi Phi town. If you want total peace and quiet, natural serenity, and personal touches, this place is for you! We would sincerely recommend Phi Phi Natural Resort to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery with white glove service.

Nice cottages, nice facilities, but the highlight were the staff who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable!

This resort has the best spot ever.
It was truly an unforgettable experience. All the staff was very kind. I had a bungalow among those banana trees, the awakening of every morning was almost a fairy tale. Seeing the sea at the foot of my bed was an indescribable emotion. A sea was so clear and celestial, if I close my eyes I can almost hear the noise of the morning waves. A romantic atmosphere accompanied by relaxing massages on a canopy bed by the beach, unforgettable candlelit sunsets and fire shows. I hope one day to return again. A perfect dream.
