Good with water, helping with bags to pier after checkout and general helpfulness. They need to work on cleanliness of kitchen, friendliness and patience. The reception staff were not very accommodating at times but were nice. We would speak on the phone and they would say yes to things but not actually understand. Which is totally understandable due to language barriers, just maybe if they don’t understand it would be great if they can say they don’t. General resort is okay, there are nicer ones in the area. Breakfast is cool if you’re simply pleased. Hippies bar is amazing. Fire performances and live singing. But to be honest, you can just visit and don’t need to stay at the resort to experience it. I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you want a nice experience. Not worth the money in my opinion. Shower didn’t smell great in the superior double. Did initially get upgraded but they tried to charge us the price for the upgraded room when we went to extend.

4 stars only because the breakfast literally by the water was breathtaking. Breakfast menu consist of different styles, either European or Thai but also more to choose from. I literally jumped in the water after my coffee, it’s paradise.
Now to the bad things, our bathroom weren’t cleaned and they forgot to supply us with water all three days. However we were having such a great time on the island we didn’t bother to talk to them. They lent us umbrellas though… so we had that going for us ????

DO NOT STAY HERE! Exactly near to a mosque with a screaming imam from 5 in the morning then all day.. there it’s nice room and the pool is great. Breakfast not good at all! But if you want a rest choose another one.

Friendly staff, great views for breakfast and brilliant rooftop pool .. shame the rooms with the pool access have no soundproofing and you can hear your neighbours every move… u0026 also the beds were very uncomfortable they make you ache… the the price you pay for one of these rooms you would expect better.

Avoid staying here. The rooms are claustrophobic and you have to request the staff to clean it. The bathroom is too tiny and shower outdated. The worst breakfast ever at the Hippies Bar (included in the package) and the staff wasn't that friendly or welcoming. Even the pool, 80 percent of it was angle deep water just for waddling through. Can't really swim here.

The whole experience has been 10/10. From the receptionist, sale team as well as staffs from Hippies bar are so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool at the team is spectacular ????

This place is a total scam. The pictures online show a beautiful resort, which this is not. The place is dirty, old, and completely run down. This is not a luxury stay. May 2022 - there is not a single person staying here, all the bars/pool area closed. Avoid this place and stay on other side of island for luxury resort feel
