A real scam pulled on me by a worker for this company. I was taking the ferry from the pier in the Krabi area to Phi Phi Island. The man collecting my ticket before getting on the ferry asked me how long I was staying. "3 nights". Then he asked me where I was going after that. I told him Ko Lanta and he said "I can sell you the ticket for that right now.". He acted like he was doing me a favor. I accepted and paid his requested 450 B. I figured since he's collecting the tickets at the terminal he works there and is not from some little company trying to cheat me. But after getting to Phi Phi I see every single tourism company on the island offering the same tickets for only 350 B (and there are dozens of them). Not just a few, ALL of them. So he scammed me for 100 B. It's not a lot of money to me but I hate being tricked. I don't know if he keeps the extra 100 B for himself but I really don't appreciate an employee who represents this company charging me more than every other person taking the same ferry. It's a unethical and immoral. As I walked the streets of Phi Phi I would pass the signs offering a lower price every 50 to100 feet it seemed and it was a constant reminder I got cheated. It bothered me the rest of my trip here. It shouldn't have but it did. My advice is don't use this companies services.
