Rooms are good. Lady at the reception could not speak a single word in English. This was not the issue for me as i am happy to use hand gestures and google translate application. The issue was she was constantly annoyed and used to call someone every-time we had to talk to her and they could just speak a word or two in english. She used to make frustrated face looking us at the reception.
I recommend to stay in a room closer to the town centre.

This staff was missing for most of the time and the room was dirty. Sorry to say that since the cleaning lady was the only one who said good morning and was polite at the reception area.

The building is good and all new. The staff is friendly but does not talk any word in English. I had to use translator every time but it’s fine. Don’t expect room cleaning, I didn’t have my room cleaned after 3 nights although I put the make up room sign all the time. The isolation between rooms is pretty bad, I heard all from my neighbor room, especially when those thai guys came drunk shouting at 4 in the morning ! But the overal was ok for that price (425 bahts on trip)

For a budget hotel very good value. Very clean, good workable shower and air con. Comfortable beds, however we had 2 long standing bookings. The first of which was cancelled by the hotel on the day we were due to arrive, so be careful, not very reliable. Had I cancelled on day of arrival I would have had to pay a cancellation fee, but they did it with no explanation. Can you image flying from Chang Mai to Krabi to find you have no accommodation!!!!!

Stayed here for 4 days and we loved it. The rooms are very spacious, big and comfy beds and a nice wardrobe to put your clothes. Very nice decorated all around the hotel The shower it's great too. We selected a room with balcony and it was a great add. The staff were very friendly, we booked a few excursions with them. It's about 3 minutes walk to the river, and then 15 min to the night food market and town centre. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, just we don't think it was worth the money. We got coffee, two slices if bread, an egg and a small sausage. It was ok, just I wouldn't select the breakfast as extra next time as you can get nicer things outside for less money. Apart of that, it was great! Would definitely recommend.

Freshly built property with great staff. Very new, clean and accommodating establishment. Clean rooms/dorms, beds, washrooms and showers. Good location and a walk from everything Krabi has to offer. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and very happy with their service. I chose dormitory room at level 6/rooftop because I'm solo backpacker. From dormitory room, it has beautiful view of Krabi Town. Nice to stay.
