It is ok I think, because of its price. Friendly, clean,nice, basic room, but no hot water (but don't eeded very much in Thailand, hahaha), no toilet paper, only bun pistol for your personal hygiene, no tv (no needed at all for me but helps sometimes) . The only bad condition for me it was the noise from the bars/clubs close to the building that play live music. Too noisy, too much. :(

Simple place with everything you need. Very friendly staff. Great location, everything on walking distance. Quiet building. Wat Kaew temple about 20 minute walk. About 30 minutes walk from the Khong Kha pier (nice food market at night) and 1 hour from the port of Krabi. 5 minutes walk from the river. Also 5 minutes away from the Maharaj market that is a fruit/vegetable/fish market in the morning and outside there is a food and overall market at night. Very nice!

Personal was very freindly, but that all positive I can say about it. Smell in our room was very strange, we found some bugs there, bed was very uncomfy and there was no basin in bathroom and only cold water. I dont understand this high rating on google or booking, maybe we just got the worst room, but I wouldn sleep there again even if it was for free!

Friendliest boss ever! She even let us check-out 4 hours later than usual.

Rooms really okay for the price! :) we were really satisfied!

A good deal to sleep in krabi town for one or two days if you need a cheap accommodation, friendly staff and basic and clean rooms.

Nice family. Basic rooms. Fantastic price. 5 minute walk to night market. Great value.

Nice and cool surrounding.. a bit far to 7 eleven and night market. Overall ok and price reasonable.
