Old school equipment but fine if you know what you’re doing. No air con but plenty of fans, bottled water for sale also. Take a towel. 100BHT fee for day pass more than fair.

Probably the dirtiest gym I've ever been to. Expensive by Thai standards but the cheapest option you'll find in Krabi.

Good gym, pretty basic but if you know what you're doing there's enough equipment for a good workout. It does get very hot inside, no ac, only a couple of fans. So bring water and towel and try to go early on the morning or after sunset. Not bad for 100baht.

Only 100 baht per session and a decent amount of equipment, however it did feel a little run down I.e. certain parts missing, shaky and slightly rusted weights (Which means they're never cleaned).

A serviceable budget option with a free towel but there are better ones in Krabi although you'll have to pay more for it. No A.C. inside only fans.

Place is fine for 100bths. Opening time may vary depending on the season i guess, i went at 8, but manager arrived only by 8:30.

Small size towel for free during the session.
Vans helped to relieved hotness.
I enjoyed my first 1 hour session there overall.

Good gym. Old but working machines. Rate is 60 baht per session. It would be great to fix/buy running tracks and improve the shower.

Old gym with old machines, I would strictly use the dumbells to avoid potential injury if a machine broke on you

100 baht entry which was great and they give you a towel for sweat
