We do not really like this hotel. The rooms at the non pool side have a really bad view. You can only see an ugly building. The room is really dark. And the pool has no places to lay down. We asked the reception if they could change our room, but they would only do that for extra money.

One of the better places to stay for a reasonable price on Phi Phi. Good beds, nice pool, kind staff. The rooms are quite dark though, they really could use more lighting.

Went to Phi Phi over Thanksgiving 2020, and stayed here for a week. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was here.

It's a 5 minute walk from the dock, and the staff welcomed us right away. Check in was speedy and easy. The desk person spoke English well.

The room was clean, much larger than expected, and everything was in order. The air conditioning worked great, they had a large hot water kettle in the room, the refrigerator was cold, they provided bottled water, coffee and tea were provided, the bathroom was large, the shower had hot water, there is ample storage for everything, the balcony was larger than in my apartment, and they had a clothes drying rack outside (great for wet clothes after hitting the beach). There was a TV, but we didn't use it.

There are 2 pools downstairs you can use. Both were nice. You can refill your bottles with potable water for free from the cooler on the first floor. The staff cleaned our room daily, gave us fresh towels, and refilled anything we needed.

Overall very satisfied, and would both recommend and stay again.

Great staff, bit away from Main Street so more quiet. Balcony was peaceful. Only slight negative is the alley going there is dark and not always pleasant to walk through at night (safe though!)

I am surprised by the negative postings. We had the most awesome time, beautiful room, great service, friendly staff, great cleaners with a smile on their face. We had the Deluxe room with pool access in the very last corner which was the best room. Of what we saw :) near to everything, the beach, restaurants, 7 eleven, shopping, exchange office's, bars, club and EVERYTHING. They don't have breakfast, but I will will highly recommend PP Princess Breakfast Buffe which is beyond words. Highly recommend this hotel, enjoy :)

Good rooms. Clean and tidy. The bathrooms are not all that good but enough for a shower with warm water to take out the salt and sand. It is centrally located so its about 10min walk from everything but far enough from the "party" street to have a good sleep if you feel like it.
