The owner is very rude with no customer service skills at all, rooms are what the say they are very basic which is fine however from the first night sleeping on the bed woke up covered in bites after looking at the mattress you can tell its covered in bed bugs!

Very nice and friendly staff. Central location, short walk from the pier and to Loh Dalum Beach. Next to the Walking Street Market - Pa Noi Restaurant.

Cheap, but very Small Double Bed Room with functioning Air-conditioning and Fan.
The room will be very stuffy during the night. Bed is adequate..
Ensuite Bathroom suffered from mould and could double as a Sauna during the day. Bathroom accounts for the lower rating.

I have been on Phi Phi island twice. And both times, I ended up staying at this place. The receptionist is very friendly. The room is super small for the price we paid for but cheaper than most places on the island. The first visit, we stayed downstairs. It was dark and too noisy with the rooster waking us up every 2 hours or so. And there were spiders in the room. I was terrified. The shower is not quite great and is unadjustable. The shower head is facing the bathroom door so you have to close the bathroom door every time you shower. Otherwise, the water splashes every where. The second visit, we stayed upstairs. It's definitely brighter. I like it more. But the bathroom has a really weird smell. Not sure what it is from. Other than that, this place allows you to fill up drinking water if you have your own bottles. Great for eco-friendly folks.

Clean room, blanket has a hole, must take off shoes. Safe box is in ground floor, not in room. Is it safe? I dont think so. Hotel keeper is unfriendly. Rooms are glazed and have only a white curtain separating the street. Good location, in the center but not noisy. Should stay only 1 or 2 nights.

I love this hostel! It's in the action center but out of the cesspool and noise. It's actually in a little area that has lots of local food, a night market and cheaper spots to eat and grab coffee. It's super close to the pier and both beaches. They keep it clean. Its tiny but the ac works so well and their kind!

In the center of the Ton Sai village. The owner rents out part of his house. The place has air-conditioning and relatively was cheap but is NOT value for money. Mold in the bathroom, mold in the bedroom, old, not really clean. Wouldn't recommend it for others even those who are on budget. Spend some more money and aim for something better .

Couldn’t fault this place. Great price for Phi Phi, the owner is very nice, the room is fine, cleaned as often as you would like.
Lovely warm shower and also quiet all day and night.
Thank you for a great stay.
I definitely recommend this place.
