Room 114 on the first floor had very bad feces smell from the toilet. I couldn’t even spend time in the room because it even stank in the sleeping area with an open balcony doors. I informed the staff at the reception and the way she handle this problem seemed to me very unprofessional. She did not look much caring about guests comfort and didn’t take this problem serious to my mind (which for sure had happened before, we were definitely not the first guests to complain about it) . She didn’t let us change the room at first, and sent a room service staff to get rid of the smell. Of course the smell remained. So we decided to check out and not to waste our vacation time on it. The decision to move was supported by a tiny parking lot and a tiny swimming pool. Super bad experience here.

Had a very nice pool area. Sadly there were problems with the room service/ restaurant. It has spacious rooms with a balcony. Biggest downgrade was the salty water that came out of the tap sometimes.

Very nice hotel, you can check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later, the staff is always willing to help and very flexible.
The location is good, just between Ao nang beach and Hat Noppharat Thara beach. The equipments are good and the price reasonable.

Beautiful hotel with very nice living conditions. We actually moved here by accident because we were unhappy with the bungalows we had rented before. I’m happy to announce that the price on agra was actually cheaper than what they offered us at the hotel so we were able to save a bit by booking online. Where this may have been because we were booking from today to tomorrow and not very far in advance. Actually for the area booking from today for tomorrow actually showed a lot of decrease in pricing.

The room is very nice. Well conditioned and with a beautiful balcony. We were lucky that our balcony window was not facing anyone else and just the jungle. So this meant that we could do whatever we wanted without closing the blinds. The bed is on a small pedestal which makes it look very romantic and I can talk about the nicely towel folded elephants for hours as they are so cute and beautiful here.

The doors are a bit worn and the hotel staff didn’t have a temperature thermometer which was a bit disappointing but other than that everything was great. thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful hotel and lovely room. We arrived close to 10 am, 4 hours before check in time and even so they gave us the room :). The location is very good, near restaurants, bars, shops and a walkable distance to the beach. The pool is so nice. Staff were so helpful and kind. Everything is as shown in pics. Finally, they printed our boarding pass for free. We totally recommend this hotel.
