Great place and great vibes. It’s a complex of two hotels of the same company. They have an essential gym at the fourth floor and a sharing swimming pool. Even if it’s not very popular to go around with bikes, because everyone prefers scooters, they have free bikes to go around, we used them for the whole holiday. They seem to care about details, always fresh towels available for the pool, umbrellas if needed, and a lot of tourist tour companies are around the area. Staff was on point, they handle everything with a great attitude. Great place

Check-in was at the Apple A Day Hotel front desk instead due to construction that was going on the entire time I stayed here. I was given access to the Apple A Day swimming pool and will include a photo of their pool in the photos.

The room had the coolest matching robe and slippers in Krabi. The outside balcony had a day bed but it was moldy and the balcony faced where the trash would be taken out, and so it was very noisy on trash pick up day.

The service was fine and the staff was friendly, but the location wasn't the best. This hotel just felt almost claustrophobic next to 2 other hotels and you can tell when you hear all the vehicles drive by or in my case the 1 rude staff member who drove his truck with the radio turned up very loudly and early in the morning. Not an enjoyable experience. This person was extremely rude for doing this. I even took a photo so you know who I'm talking about. The person in wearing the blue hat.

A great place and for the small price you pay! Spent four night here and it was very good. Neat and big rooms. Closer to the Ao Nang Night Market, 8-10 minute stroll away from the Ao Nang Beach. There is a family Mart (open 24/7) and a small cafe just in the ground floor and pretty much all shops just close by. No lift but the hotel staff will help you with the luggage. Overall a great stay and great value for money! Will stay again if we are in Krabi.

The nearest beach is 10min away.
Check-in took more than 35minutes.
Sparking clean rooms (Hats off to the cleaning staffs).
Polite receptionists.
Modern rooms. Great water pressure and responsive temperature control. Strong AC.

Family mart (cash only) is right below.
Capuchin also runs a coffee shop. The staffs at the coffee shop were curt and even rude.

The Capuchin felt like a boutique hotel in a sea of average accommodations. When we arrived, we were greeted by the pleasant Capuchin staff and shown our room. It looked over the street outside and despite being on the second floor, we didn't hear much noise outside.

The room was spacious and clean. There were complimentary snacks and drinks that were replenished each day. We were provided complimentary slippers, robes, and beach towels. I'm usually not one for hotel restaurants and cafes, but the lattes, Americanos, and cappuccinos (get it?) right downstairs were some of the best we've had in Thailand.

The only warning I'd give to travelers is that the Capuchin doesn't have an elevator. There are four floors.

Highly recommended.

Walking distance to street food stalls. Room was pretty good and we have snacks/cup noodles refilled every day. The streets can be quite busy at times of the day but the noise is not a bother. Breakfest was okay and minimarket was right downstairs. I pay cheap price for this hotel.

The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the main part of town. I love the new room with modern things. Capuchin staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Good price for what you receive at the end. I definitely will stay here the next time.
