As I have only been in the hotel for 30 minutes I can only offer a superficial assessment. Sort your parking out. That would be number one. When you check-in you would expect to be able to park.
Rooms are adequate if a little dark and old fashioned with dark wood fixtures and dark green wallpaper.
We had a bath and shower combo. A bit of grime between the tiles but I have seen worse. Bed comfortable. Modern TV. Big balcony...all plus.
The service has been good. We couldn't park the car at the hotel (Yeah, I know right), but an employee hopped on his scooter to look for a parking spot. Plus.
Location. It's facing the sea. However, I prefer to be closer to the other end of the beach front. Still...it is the beach front which is why parking is an issue.

First off, the hotel doesn’t give you email confirmation. So assume it is confirmed and don’t go rebook. They will tell you cannot cancel from their end and ask you cancel the rebooked booking. With some asking, they will somehow cancel for you on their end.

The stay there to be fair is decent value. The hotel is aged no doubt but you get what you pay for and to that end i was prepared to give 3 star to balance out the initial bad experience. The buffet breakfast isn’t expensive so it’s pretty alright. You can tell some usual wear and tear and aging of the hotel so you certainly need to manage your expectations. However, like i said, it’s an inexpensive stay.

Why the downgrade from 3 to 2. Basically the transportation to airport we got dumped at the domestic airport. Luckily we went early. And the airport staff was kind enough to wait with us for the shuttle service to the international airport compound.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a triple room (1 queen bed, 1 single)

The pros:
- Comfortable beds, and great balcony overlooking the pool.
- Decent enough breakfast included in the morning, omelettes were delicious.
- Good to have a decent sized seperate bathroom for the 3 of us.
- Location is amazing, can see the beach from the pool and walk out the door to a restaurant/bar strip
- check out time is 12pm which is nice and generous

Cons:
- Pool hours are ridiculous, it closes at 7pm which is way too early especially if you’ve done tours/been out during the day or want a swim after dinner.
- Absolutely ZERO soundproofing between rooms. We had children next to our room and you could clearly hear there conversation.
- Bath towels a bit old and smelt musty (although this may be because it’s been so quiet and perhaps it had been set up for a while?)
- it didn’t really bother us but we had a few broken lights/broken kettle but the staff got us a new kettle straight away and we’re super friendly :)
- a small note perhaps but if it’s a triple room having 3 chairs on the balcony rather than two makes sense to me.

Overall our stay was good!

The website states that check-in time is 14.00, however upon arrival the receptionist said the room will be ready at 15.00 and that information in the website is wrong. People at the front desk are unwelcoming.

The only two upside is the location near the beach and a cool functioning air-conditioner.

This hotel is quite old and not well-kept. The bathroom wall is filled with grime. The room smells musty. The wall is so thin that we can practically hear every word in a sentence from the next room. Wifi connection is unstable. The pool in the middle of the place is also noisy with children shrieking very early in the morning. The floor of the lift is wet from people walking in after swimming.

Someone STEAL our MONEY:
We stayed 3 nights in this resort and the whole experience was disapointing.

We kept our value staff in the safe box and both nights we lose money. We are pretry sure someone from the staff stole pur money while we were on one day trip to the near islands…. And when we speak to the manager she did not do anything, they check the cameras in wrong hours and did not do anyting of what we told them.

It is a pity because we loved our stay in Krabi but this problem make our trip a bad memory and the issue is not that we loss money (of course is a problem but for us is not the important thing), but the way the hotel staff did not solve the problem or help us. Maybe they are stealing money from other rooms and the customers.. be very carfull if you stay there!

Hotel is located at Aonang Beach. Walking distance from Night Market, ATM, restaurant and fast food stalls.

Great location and comfortable bed. However, room is quite dark at night. There is not enough light in the room. Sound proof is really bad since I could literally hear everything from the next room and foot stepping from outside.
Wifi connection is not stable. Breakfast is standard and nothing is special.
