The property is nice. Nice pools for kids to enjoy. Rooms facing the beach/pool are good. Fu0026B service at least this time was far to be good. Breakfast a bit disorganized and items running out of availability pretty quickly like the very basic coffee and fruits.

Yet, I recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

Hotel is good from infrastructure stand point. Rooms are spacious, cosy and well furnished. The 2 Pools are the best part of this property. Location wise it's at good spot.

However, the staff is not so courteous, kind of indifferent. No customer delight.

The restaurant is very basic, with very limited menu options, and taste wise not so impressive.

The morning breakfast buffet is complete waste, with no variety. They served exactly same menu for 3 consecutive days.

Check in process was smooth despite coming in with a large group of 17 . Staff was helpful n friendly. Like to point out staff New who was very helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet spread was reasonably good with an array of choices. Only set back was the rooms was a bit far but within walking distance. Would consider coming back here for the third time on the next trip to Krabi.

Another example of how resorts look better in pictures. The view from the balcony was a canal. Not so romantic considering the fact that it was a honeymoon trip. The room I got was disappointing but I guess that has to be blamed on the travel agents because there were poolside rooms as well. My wife was constantly complaining about how the room didn't have a hairdryer. Might wanna consider including that in rooms considering the fact that its a 4-star property near the beach.
Giving 4 stars only because of the amazing breakfast and the nice and polite staffs. :)

The location is top notch. Right across the road from the beach. You could get out from the hotel and walk either direction for eating joints and watering holes.
The hotel itself is a little old with an odd floor plan. It's tough to get to some rooms as the access to your room is not very clear. The hotel is clean but some of the equipment did not work (like the room phone, the lock to the patio door). However, you are on vacation and those things shouldn't matter, right?

My post is about the restaurant since I dint stay at the hotel and they don't have the restaurant here to be rated. I order sirloin steak. The menu shows a sirloin steak with oven cooked potato. I received some cheap meat, with a steak sauce and French fries. You are better off just going somewhere else.

Nice sea view at the restaurant, the kids enjoyed in the swimming pool, good service provided from the staffs.Agoda website said they are newly renovated. We stayed here for 4 nights, amazing!
However the kids club, tea tree spa, fitness centre are all closed due to Covid
