The hotel is in a good location / price too high for the dead surroundings - I have been coming here for several years it was always a busy place with many restaurants nearby…BUT!!
We have to be honest about what’s going on.
- struggling and struggling all over the place.(Thailand) need to adapt to the changes.

We were three couples in the entire building so the breakfast was a set and not a buffet…
with Instant coffee ????…

Maintenance is still going on clean / pool maintained!

Staff super friendly !

One of the best hotel i have ever visited.
It is exactly opposite to the aao nang beach.
They have very big rooms with all the amenities.
There are 2 swimming pools available.
Staff is very friendly and greets you everytime.
They provide breakfast facility till 10 am which has all the varieties.
Breakfast was very good and would also recommend you to try their chicken burger.

Right opposite to beach and close to Ao Nang beach . Many eating places nearby . Close to the Night Market for shopping and eating/drinking.

Stayed in Block A (should be the older block), right next to the reception counter and no view (facing other hotel). Not really an issue for us and very convenience for us to drop/collect the keys and any request can be directed to the staff there easily. Interior wise are dated, but very functional. Very poor lighting at night, but day time with curtain removed is very good. Spotted quite some mosquitoes inside the room. Also need to be extra careful in the washroom as the floor really slippery. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful location. Just opposite to the sea. Nice view fron the balcony. Few pubs are around which are good. Buffet Breakfast is sumptuous and tasty. Staffs are also helpful. And not to forget swimming pool is awesome. It is in 'L' shape. Thus gives you more place to swim

Not a luxury hotel but excellent value for location and price. Better than most that I saw in the area and perfect if you're not looking for a great deal of perks.
