This hotel is in desperate need of a remo...some of the structures are falling apart. The front desk have very limited English and are not helpful at all. The hotel looks so impressive from a distance until you get inside. The pool area has broken tiles everywhere and one of the steps is missing. The only thing they have going for them is they have great porters outside..friendly and helpful.

Dirty water. Water flow still low after called help with hotel. A lot of food in breakfast buffet but tested not delicious. Good view outside of window. Good massage service inside hotel. Only suggest you try this.

Very Nice amd calm place for greenie and river view, good for relaxing and also meditation. Spacius room with basic amenities. Great pool by the river. Good local food during lunch time. Great hospitality and service. Also have a good massage with reasonable price as well.

A more budget priced resort hotel than Le Meridian or Dusit Island which are close by. Facilities are excellent. Outside is a large swimming pool with a lakeside terrace for dining. Inside there are shops selling silk goods, various types of massage and a salon to pamper yourself.

Comfortable, carpeted room, decent enough breakfast, big, old feel, staff changed the price on us by 100 baht after handing over the money, so we asked to take it back and booked online there and then for cheaper.

Chinese live music while lunch buffet.
The lunch buffet not so delicious, just ok.
The Japanese rolls are mostly only rice ????????????
But potato, Thai food and coconut ice cream were perfect.

This is a perfect place to spend your afternoon and evening for an outdoor meals. It serves you a good wine and beautiful scenery of Chiang Rai. Indeed, poolside dinner is always amazing????
