I was here 2 night in Superior cottage. Love the nice and clean room. Staff is very lovely and friendly. Definately come back when visit Chiangrai next time. Highly recommended‼

A good hotel that was clearly once fantastic. Rooms and private facilities are clean and maintained and all in a beautiful setting around lakes. Swimming pool had huge potential but was unfortunately dirty with bugs and fauna in and living in it. This was the theme for most communal areas. This may be due to the hotel gradually re opening after covid? Staff all friendly and keen to help. With rooms currently discounted (750 baht a night) it was a good stay for my party.

Really beautiful, there is a lot of greenery. The rooms/houses are clean and are quite big. The pool is also very nice and there is a bus from the hotel to the city centre (paid), you will need to make a reservation at the lobby, it will not take you back to the hotel but it still is nice.

The room was good considering the cleanliness , space and a wide balcony with hill view. Service was excellent and the rent scooters there for cheap. Overall: will cmm back as low price and easily accessible. Will i ever stay again probably but without a choice if there was a situation that i don get my preferred choice of hotel.

Don't trust Agoda or Booking.com with the images. Nothing is what it seems. Details matter and this hotel has lost its appeal with its authentic look in the images you see online. I stayed here on the 25th June 2020 for two nights. The room had a distinct old smell. It also had images of sexual nature (art) on a sliding door between the bathroom and living area. Not there is nothing wrong with art but the impression of a sex hotel. The floor of the room was made of teak wood and very slippery, old and broken in places. Telephone did not work and their internet had issues. The swimming pool is old although under maintenance. The pathway around the hotel premises is nice with nature, trees and ponds but be careful of broken sidewalks. It is not well lit at night and the restaurant area was not at all attractive. Looking old and musty. It's as if the whole place has lost its appeal and love, such a shame but this is typical in Thailand where management or owners tend to spend a lot at first and fail to maintain their property. The reviews on Agoda are somewhat average but believe me, look elsewhere first booking this one.

The hotel itself is deep down the road from beach. Rooms are big and spacious if dark and beds are rock hard. The room was great and good features. The staff were very helpful throughout. The staff even left us a present on Christmas eve which was a nice surprice.
