We had a small group if friends stay here for a week. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our friends were very happy here.

The room was spacious. The shower was excellent. The bed and the pillows were comfy. The area was tranquil with a view of a small streak of the river Kok. What really impressed me was the breakfast (yes, they even offered breakfast for that price). I had been in hotels where they offered abundant choices for breakfast. This place offered only a few dishes, but with the best quality and taste (perhaps, for Thais). The cons are; you need a vehicle to get to the nearest shop, and the entrance of the alley was quite narrow.

Staff was good, but sometimes hard to find.
Rooms were great, nice size with cold A/C.
Breakfast was free and was good for being free.
Pool costs 50baht a day/per person. Didn’t use it much.
Very quiet and peaceful there. Nice area to walk around.
Good coffee shop down the road (316 Coffee)

I travel a lot all over the world. The hotel has a really cool modern feel. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. Transportation in the area was pretty easy. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

A clean property attached to a stream near to downtown Chiang Rai. The price is very attractive, and breakfast is included. The tasty porridge is served for breakfast and cooked with minced pork and mushrooms.
