My experience was great. I came with a translator, my entire visit was two hours long with the testing, speaking with doctor and receiving medication. They told me price before making any other decisions. The workers were kind and happy to assist.

I came without reservation, they immediately helped and did their best to communicate with me in English. Very short wait time, very kind and helpful staff. A really good experience.

Overpriced and bad service ... went there for simple flu injection took 5 hours ... Nurses standing around playing Candy Crush in groups ignoring and sniggering at patients... Try Bangkok Hospital, Siburin or Inter .. This is the worst private hospital in Chiang Rai.

Avoid if you can! I went for a minor procedure (taking out a piece of wood from a finger) and was charged 1089baht, it took 2 minutes. They have also told me to come back every day for a week to clean my wound tor 550 baht every time! That is a rip off! The doctor was rude and ignored my question regarding the price twice. He just started speaking with a nurse in thai. Then finally told me the price when the procedure was finished... Very unprofessional. They also didn't tell me how to clean my wound myself and I had to speak with several nurses to finally get some useful information!

Really friendly personnel who help me a lot. Explain everything very correctly. All vist was very fast and good. You have to pay a little more, because it is a private hospital, but sometimes you can get discount.
