Great location, nice and welcoming people, clean rooms, perfect WiFi. I think it's the best deal for a basic private room in the oldtown.

Very unpleasant experience. Stayed 7 nights. Agoda booking quoted A/C, fridge, toiletries included, but were not.
Small basic room which was not particularly clean, Very uncomfortable bed with a plastic mattress.
Noisy at nights from nearby bars and other guests.
Room never cleaned, sheets and towels never changed. Wifi mostly didn't work.
Laundry quoted as 40baht per kilo was charged at 90baht per kilo at check out. Although this is a budget option, you can do a lot better for less money and in a more central location. Give it a miss.

A bit tricky to find, but a very clean place near the center with a lot of different restaurants and bars around. The room was big enough, but the bathroom door was not usable. WIFI works good, it was quite at night and the family is very friendly ;)
We also checked in early without expecting to enter the room but it was no problem.

For the price, it is actually really good. The location is good, it's easy to get everywhere, the owners are very helpful and are really friendly. If you stay for a few days it's perfect. You don't have a lot in your room, but it's everything you could hope for.

I love this place, this is my third year here and I plan to keep coming back. Great family-run establishment, super clean and just the right place that accepts both short term and long term stays. u003c3

Family hostel where we feel like home everybody are so prevenant..the room with fan and private bathroom with a balcony...the location is perfect and quiet but near all the things to do and see...thank you all for your welcoming
