My third stay. I'm going to embarrass the new owner by telling what he did when things were really bad early in the pandemic. He heard that people were sleeping at the airport because of the problems with flights and money, so he reduced his nightly rate to 100 baht for a time. Even now, the rate is just 400 baht and truly a lovely experience. The owner/manager is friendly and helpful, spending as much time and taking as much effort as each guest needs, with sincerity. The rooms are well equipped, and it's a quiet area, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and only 15 minutes walk to the south of the main old town. The best.

air-conditioning available all day, with a refrigerator in each room, a nice yard with the grass, flowers and occasionally-visiting cat and dog, with a communal kitchen, the shower is of comfortable temperature and moderate intensity, free self-service laundry with racks to hang clothes.

This place has so much space. The rooms are like new with refrigerators in each building and the large kitchen is available to guests. If you love markets like me, it is close to Kom Market, Thipanet Market, Kad Manee Night Market and it is just off of the Saturday Walking Street.

Great hostel, giant yard, Clean kitchen, Clean rooms with amazing aircon, and a really nice owner, a rather new place and all in all one of the best places to stay in chiang mai.
