Tasty Chinese cuisine. Been early and the staffs were very enthusiastic and friendly. Great tasting Chinese tea. Affordable and delicious dim sum. Real delicious Tofu!!! Never had in other places before and noodles were aromatic too. Great overall experience and hope to revisiting soon.

Nice Up Market Chinese restaurant.
Large menu including Peking Duck. The decor is Chinese style. Food was nice but could have been better and more authentic. Service and staff were efficient and friendly. Price was on the high side for the quality of the dishes.
Dim Sum is available but we didn't try them.

Big Chinese restaurant with car parking space. Food is okay some are nice such as fish, fried rice, tofu. Staffs are nice and attentive. If you come on Saturday it’s nearby night walking street which has every Saturday you can walk from the restaurant.

We like Toulou, especially for large parties. We were a little underwhelmed by a recent Sunday ‘dim sum’ visit, however. The food came out way too fast, indicating that it was prepared ahead of time and standing by… this may work when the restaurant is busy, but not when you are amongst the first customers of the day. Nice fancy Chinese restaurant with architecture that replicate the Fujian/Hakka Tulou in China. The food are just average and some dishes were too salty. They are doing a lot of promotion now so the price is reasonable.

The place as beautiful on the inside as it is the outside. They had a live singer and great service. The architecture alone is what made me want to come here.

My friend and I got multiple dishes of dim sum, some we were familiar with and a couple we heard of but never tried. Each one was a hit, they were all quite flavorful, felt like authentic Cantonese dishes, the presentation was great. When we ordered dessert, we ended up eating each other's and our own in competition as it tasted so good. My only complaint was that my cocktail felt as if it was 1/3 of liquor and then 2/3 whipped cream. I would've liked more of a balance there.

Though the place is so fancy and has delicious food, it is pricy. It isn't awful though, with the Hong Kong and Singapore style dim sum, two cocktails and two desserts, we paid 500thb overall. I would highly suggest coming here if you are in Chiang Mai.
