As a Google Guide, I have read many reviews on this place and agree with most. In particular... the location. Every tuk tuk driver know this easy, central location. It is aged but affordable and functional... just like me ????

I had a great staying there for 5 days. Nice, spacious and very clean room. Very quiet. Very nice staff. Unfortunately when I stayed there the pool was not open but it looks very nice. Very good location. You are walking distance to many places.
Highly recommended!

Clean. Everything working. Very good location. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the hotel is a bit old and no breakfast. We took 2 rooms with connecting door.

Nice hotel. But your standart thai mattresses, hard as fu$#. I was there under covid. So the pool was off limite or closed. But the prices were excellent. The location is perfect. Close to bares, restaurants and easy to get a taxi/tuk tuk.

- Hotel is good located and very close to the night market and 15 minutes to the old city center. *Thumbs up*
- Good price conditions for the hotel room, but the bed was very hard.
- Pool is small but good to have.
- There is a disco 100 meters away but the noise level was acceptable depending on which side of the hotel you are.
- Breakfast was okay, if you like egg, ham and toast to start for a day trip. If you like warm Thai food in the morning it's fine as well.

Good location. Beds aren’t great and furniture is outdated, but room is large. Breakfast had no options and so do yourself a favor and walk around the corner to Chiang Mai Breakfast World- that place is awesome!
Hotel is ok for the price if you are with a friend back packing through, but it’s not going to impress you.
