They’ve got all the bare essentials. Totally fits the very cheap entry fee of 40 baht. What really bugs me is they have so many machines, bars, and racks that would require a lot of plates, but the amount of plates they have is severely lacking. It would be problematic if more than 3-4 people are using the gym at the same time.

Fits your basic requirements and is very affordable. Machines are a little run down but can be worked around if it’s not an issue for you.

Cool little gym for the price, 50 baht. Rare to see a punch bag (advise swapping for a heavy bag)

Very small facility. It is hot. The A/C is never on. But it’s not expensive so it’s ok

Cheap gym. Totally happy. 50 thb after 12pm. Before 12 pm. 40 thb. For sure no high-tech but it's enough for me

Small gym out of the way, has some ok machines and weights. 100 baht for a day pass, water and a protein scoop.
