Good location, clean rooms, close walking distance to many hip cafes in the area. Helpful u0026 friendly staff who recommended interesting things to see. Thanks to staff's rec, we went to a very interesting art exhibit and we enjoyed it tremendously! Loved the spread at breakfast and unlimited coffee/tea/water. Would come back!

Their staffs are very friendly and helpful, free drinks, nice breakfast. Room is clean and you will get all necessary stuff, tooth brush, toothpaste, hair dryer, good smell and good quality body shower gel and shampoo, the restroom is very clean. I will surely visit here again next time.

We stayed at the historic location and this Nimman one. Both are so good. Love the free water and coffee. Better pool at Nimman location. Sam’s amazing staff. They rotate between properties and are so lovely. Terrific breakfast here too. I will return!

The staff deserves 6*! Seriously, we stayed in 4-5* hotels the whole holiday in Thailand.

Here we made the only exception and the staff was at least as helpful and kind as in the 5* ones.

The breakfast is great considering it is included in the price. There is unlimited water on the floor.

We extended our stay by 2 days and would be happy to come back anytime.

Tips to get you started:

1) You can rent a scooter in Mango scooter rental. 7-10 min walk
2) 1 min walk is Roast8ry - cafe with world-class baristas.
3) Combine coffee from #2 with a mango pie from Charin Pie which is also 1 min away. It’s not the typical over-sweetened pie. Rather you can really taste how much ripe mango is in it.

The staff are perfection. Hand picked warm and human and sincere. The hotel is nice and luxurious, very clean, super pool. Location in great part of Chiang Mai. University vibe.

The beds are clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. A variety of breakfast options are also provided.
