We had a great stay. The room is clean and cozy. It has beautiful vintage decorations in the room, yard and lobby. The hotel is located in a quiet zone, but is close to the busy street/road. The hostess and hosts are kind and hospitality. I would strong recommend this hotel as your stay in Chiang Mai.

Beautiful, unique rooms and a gorgeous, tranquil koi pond with seating area in the center courtyard. AC units worked great. Our room had a large bathtub as well. They provide a small but delicious breakfast in their "lobby" each morning-glory local fruits were tasty. The only reason I took off 1 star was because we ran out of toilet paper twice during our stay (4 days) because the roll they replaced it with was never a full one. So a few times we had to ration tissues from my purse (though bidet was provided). Because it's a very local spot, prepare to hear some birds and lizard sounds throughout the night and hear the scattering of critters around (none in room). For an authentic experience in a great location, this is a perfect choice! If you're more into a standard hotel, maybe not for you.

This little place is completely tucked away and most cabs/uber/grab/tuktuk drivers won't know it. BUT I'd definitely stay here again! It used to be a tea shop that went Bu0026B!

Breakfast served every morning is delicious and quaint! Coffee is obviously yummy.. I dont think I had a single bad coffee in Chiang Mai.

Very small boutique hotel. So it is quite private. Big room and well decorated. Good location near Nimman. Not recommend for small kids and senior people.

Amazingly beautiful cafe tucked down a side street. Japanese souffle pancakes and coffee were outstanding and not expensive. Menu is limited but the quality is not. Didnt stay at the hotel but looked nice.

Don’t feel like staying anywhere else after I found this place. A bit pricey but worth the world if you prefer a peaceful, private place to stay in Chiangmai. Love the service and the cat!

Kind staffs, delicious breakfast and nice location.
