Be mindful! Please, check the sheets and the room itself before paying. You won't get the payment back if you decide to check out earlier than you planned (and the chances for it are really high). It is dirty, noisy, old and worn-out. Don't think they even clean the room after every guest. We found hairs literally all over the bathroom! We didn't have another booking so we've upgraded the room to more expensive but not really better and tried to reconcile. Don't trust the photos on the Booking! They don't show the reality at all! Though the staff is really lovely! We are grateful for their help. Location is good if you like bars and market nearby.

Great place to stay really
This hotel has very friendly staff members which made the stay really good. The lady that works there in the morning was very helpful and attended to all our needs from information of where to go and even replaced our room to a better one. The location is in a very good location with a 7/11 across the road and the night market around 500-800 meters away. I was going to stay 1 night ended up staying 5 night till I had to leave. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The rooms are rather dull and old. The toilet is very small and occasionally black water will ooze out from the shower when I am showering. There is a balcony given, but the air condition compressor is there also it will be rather noisy as there are pubs downstairs. Also, the walls are rather thin, so do not make too much sound. The bed is also very soft and mine is kind of in a u shape. They provide one pillow which us either very hard or very soft. They do not provide breakfast, but there is a 24 hour 7-11 opposite, so you can grab some breakfast from there. The parking spaces is rather limited and you may have difficulty driving out, as there maybe cars blocking you from driving out. Also you can not have a place to park if you come back too late.

Dry friendly and insightful staff. Always with a smile. Our room had an air con unit that vibrated on any setting lower than high - luckily we had ear buds. Provide large bottles of water when they clean the room. Very comfy beds

Man on reception was kind, but rooms in the hotel are awful, especially room 214 and 215 which located over hotel garage. Can't recommend this place, because even in more expensive rooms we found a bunch of someone's hair on the floor, broken sockets, not clean pillows (they were not dirty, but far from clean). Main pro of the hotel - location. On the entrance of the hotel you can see an image of the room. Remember - it's only image, nor real room.

Spent two nights here learning all kinds of things,and they were especially kind. Lately things haven't been easy anywhere for anyone, but they were so good to me I cannot wait to go back. This is their beautiful spirit house out front.

With many of the travellers' facility such as convenience store nearby, and it's only 5 minute walk to the well known night market.

Love it because of the variety room types cater for different budget guests.
