Very nice apartment building with parking in very busy and congested neighbor hood 5 min walk to Night Bazaar. It is rented as hotel but actually furnished studio condos ( no kitchen). The place very clean and quiet. Good selection Thai chan TV. No breakfast but instant coffee. The attraction is that there are countless coffee shops, shops and restaurants within walking distance ...great location...great price!!!

Husband and I stayed here for a one-day stop en route to a conference. The room was always very clean. The staff could not have been more caring and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed in the center of all there is to do. Would recommend to stay for short trip.

I am a regular guest at "Nice Mum". I am very happy with this place. First of all, the location is great, in the middle of Loi Kroh, but not directly on the main road so it is quiet. Rooms are very spacious, very clean, well lit, and the free Wifi is very fast. This place feels more like a family run aparment building than the typical thai guest house. That is why there are a number of long time guests here. Almost forgot: super convenient car parking spaces at the ground floor! (for guests only) Can fit more than 20 cars and is never full! What more can you ask for? Great place, great value!

the rooms in Nice mum Lodge are large and spacious and homely unfortunately it leaves a bit to wish for cleanliness...the location of the hotel is good to the night market it is 5 minutes and also otherwise there are some bars in the area and also many shops...for this price it is a good hotel to recommend.

Hosted by the finest Thai gentleman you can meet- friendly, intelligent, gracious, obliging in every way ( he drives me to the airport so we can keep chatting- for 7 years now!! )

Chat to him - it's worth more than a tour ! And you make his day as well as yours

3-4 star accommodation with appropriate pricing , very central location - value only Chiang Mai can offer

If you don't enjoy Siripong. , stay at home!!
(son, Ply , engaging as well - just graduated from University )

Location is the best for nightlife and bars.
Room are clean and tidy but don't exspect the Ritz.
Great spacefull parking which is unusual for hotels within th is area.

Friendly and helpful staff Mr Ply. We stayed for 4 days and we like it here.. parking space available for motorcycles. And we can even wash our bikes here.. will definitely stay here when we come chiangmai again.
