I spent 9 nights here while I studied Thai massage at the school across the street. The room was small and the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but there was a fridge and a TV with one English channel. The shower was hot, and the couple that owns the place is lovely. The coffee was great, but you have to pay for it. Great location. The room was quiet - I couldn't hear the street noise, but the pigeons were loud!

Atmosphere was wonderful all the way around. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless. The buffet breakfast in the morning was terrific. The food was wonderful. Decent size room with ensuite which was cleaned daily. There is a small restaurant and bar to which we used regularly. Beautiful hosts and dog.

We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us. The hotel makes a very clean impression. The hotel is well situated for public transport. The value for money is after in my opinion very good. We were very happy with the accommodations.

Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The staff at this resort are just so friendly and attentive. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. I had a car and was able to park it close by.

Perfect location in the night bizaar area. I love the district especially the city walk. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The room we had was spotless. The amenities in the rooms are quite adequate. Would recommend for a trip to Chiang mai on a budget.

Had an excellent stay at Soisabai Guesthouse. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable and we got fresh drinking water everyday. The food was exceptional. One of the best toasties I have eaten and I can also recommend the Tom Kha Kai and the sweet and sour dish. All round great food and a great time.

The couple who run this guest house are really nice, and very accommodating. The staff always smiling, and the owners, very kind people and helpful. The location is great for night bazaar and exploring the old city. Everything was lovely, thanks because my time in Chiang Mai was perfect.
