Really beautiful Ambiente in the heart of the old town from Chiang Mai.
Friendly service and tasty food. The German menu is authentic and the Thai food good too. The price for value quiet expensive but ok.

The place looks amazing and we chose it for our New Year's dinner. The service could be much better, since the staff hardly understands English (which should be a must, it's not a place for local people at all!). The quality of food is good, and the price is reasonable if considered that it's a place for 'classy' tourists only.

Really cute place, very romantic but you can definitely go as a family or friends

Food is priced for a fancier restaurant, which fits the atmosphere perfectly

Service was amazing and on the way to the bathroom is a cute little garden area

Thy also speak very clear English and are very easy to communicate with

way too expensive 1950 baht for a bottle of wine which I can buy for $10 in Australia, I accept it is imported but a 900% mark up is blatant extortion for a bottle of very mediocre wine, we felt like ordering a pizza but none of them came with anchovies (a very basic pizza ingredient ) so I offered to go out and buy some anchovies, the waiter told me this wouldn't be allowed, so we got up and left. I wonder why the place is empty. WAKE UP and sort your business out

This place was amazing. The food was really good, the servers were very attentive, and the atmosphere was awesome. Such a beautiful restaurant. We went once for Thai food and once for German food. Both were authentic and some of the best we've had. We were skeptical about the German food (in Chiang Mai!) but it ended up being really good. The owner's late husband was German which explains why it is so authentic.
