Its aow cost hotel so a bit sparten. That said, my room is spotlessly clean and everything works. I couldn't figure out the shower (it's working when the power light is off). They sent a man up to check as soon as I told them. When operated correctly its great.
I would happily recommend this place for a budget stay!

Simple hostel in a backstreet off the main pub street. Our room didn‘t have any windows, which we dearly appreciated after sleeping in a room with no curtains. Very much worth it for the money.

Great pricing, clean and well managed and friendly atmosphere. Mattress is also good with no aches the next day.

It's right in the heart of the bars, restaurants so ideal for backpackers and people on low budgets or, like me, can't see the value in paying heaps for a room that I am rarely in.

It is what it says, Basic. Staff are nice and bar is good. Near the street of bars. Room was clean, but windowless so just stayed 1 night.

It was alright for the price I paid. The room could have been better cleaned, especially the bed. The room had a good AC unit. The water in the shower was way to hot and I couldn't change it. The staff was nice and friendly. I can recommend this if you only are staying for a night or two.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai. the room is clean and comfy. They have a nice place in the lobby where you can have a beer and charge your phone. The staff is very friendly and they are available 24 hours. You can rent a motorbike with them if you need it.

A friend from Thailand recommended we stay here when in Chiang Mai. The room is just nice to me and all the neccesity are adequate for me. Service was fantastic as was the norm in Thailand for us. Location is great. The price is reasonable and longer term rates negotiable.
