Good time, but minimal karaoke system running basic YouTube WITH ADS. This is where stars were lost. There were 7 of us in the room, the bill was about 3,100B, and we had to sit through commercial advertisements because Think Box did not have the courtesy to get premium YouTube with no ads for 700B/month.

Think Box owner: You are running a business. Paying customers do not want to watch advertisements for their money. Please understand that if I am paying you for karaoke, and you are using basic YouTube with ads, I will not come back. Spend the 700B/month and kill the ads!!!! Please!!!!

Small monitor for the room size and the microphones kept going dead. Easy enough to remedy the dead microphones with staff help, but it was an inconvenience.

Overall a good time. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and adequate room size. We rented a large room with private bathroom. Seating for 8, but could fit 10 easily.

If you don't mind the advertisements and the cheap microphones, it's worth a visit.

I asked for way less spicy and it was insanely spicy.

What bothers me is that the concept is think box. Like think outside the box, yet the restaurant is so narrow minded.

The seating doesn’t make sense and is uncomfortable and the taste of the food is so bad. I’ve had tom yum in Phuket Bangkok and chiang mai and this was horrible and way too spicy.

The menu doesn’t fully have English and some lack pictures. Super annoying and strongly don’t recommend

DETAIL: Location 5, Atmosphere/Uniqueness 5, Service 3, Ordering System u003dpathetic horrible user experience 0 (worst of all 6,000 restaurants I've ever visited in 21 countries), value 1 (expensive), Taste/food 2 (some vegetable in salad was completely unchewable even after 25 chews per bite and the rest was cabbage filler), Health 4.
