Breakfast offers great selection of Thai food and fresh vegetables. Room is nicer than outside atmosphere which is better. My room can see doi Suthep on the mountain. Cleaning is efficient and bed are comfy. Location is great as you can walk to One Nimman or maya or other areas. Cafe next to hotel offers 20% discount only on teau0026coffee. Overall great stay.

Super basic hotel with almost no service. Lift lobby is located 2nd floor which means you need to lug your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Only 1 lift in building. Meaning if lift breaks down. Good luck. Location is decent and breakfast is exactly the same everyday. Rooms are big but basic. Many other choices at this price point.

I'd stay there again for all the reasons listed. Staff are friendly and helpful. At the moment really good value for your money. Rooms on the non-Monkey Club side of the building can have the AC unit drown out the majority of the noise, but only if the fan is running on high.

Good value (cheaper for me via online booking sites - about half what the hotel wanted to charge at the desk), clean and spacious room with mountain view and basic but varied breakfast. Quality shower and water pressure too.

Wifi was very slow for me and desk staff didn't speak very good English, but would definitely stay here again.

The daily cleaning was very good. People will go out of your way for you. The room is spaceous and the bed is comfort. The room we stayed in was clean. After all it is ok for the cheap price. I would stay here again, if I had to.

I appreciate staffs who did best for us. The room is a bit on the small side. There are limited amenities provided in the room. Location is excellent for a quick stay before heading away. The locality is a plus since you would have access several restaurants within walking distance.

It's a nice hotel not much do inside. Their elavator is from the 2nd fl. Breakfast is terrible so pls don't book. There are lots of eateries nearby. It's a simple hotel with no fuss. Only 1 lady speaks good English the rest nothing. They give cold breakfast service is bad too so avoid eating there. Wudnt recommend.
