I stayed there for 10 days in June. The family that was taking care of the hotel was amazing. The rooms are super huge and designed in a modern, urban way. Even though it was a small establishment, the care that they put into taking care of each guest was as good as or better than 5 star hotel chains. If you are looking to stay in the Nimman area of Chiang mai, I could not recommend any better places for this kind of value!

Given a price of 99SGD per 3 nights stay, you have nothing to criticize
They have done value far more than that

The room is really cool and got a great Urban loft style. The breakfast was okay, but there are no variations, every day only bread with egg. The location of the hotel was perfect.

I booked room for 2 through Agoda with affordable price. There was a kid here, she is so cute.

Instagram worthy place with free morning breakfast till 10am. However, breakfast menu was the same exact item on the two days there, omelette, slice of ham, toasted baguette and side of salad. There's also no lift, so luggages have to be hand carried. Room was decent except for peeling paint on the floor and walls. Lots of restaurant and massage places in the area.

For the price this is an excellent choice (50usd there abouts) . Lone staff is attentive and place has a unique chill feel to it. Rooms are big and functional. Everything works well. Only gripe is that we got a room ok the top floor(4th) and that means lugging our baggage up 4 floors and down 4 floors. Breakfast which was included in our stay was excellent. Perfect omelet with ham and a French baguette and salad. Pity it was exactly the same both days we were there. They could use a coffee machine cos the coffee was all 3 in 1 instant coffee which wasnt really a problem as there were 3 cafes within a stones' throw outside....super convenient to explore the nimman hemin area. I would recommend this property to any budget conscious traveller who won't be spending much time in their rooms and don't mind the exercise of walking up and down with their luggage. Thank u Samantan for the experience. Loved your quaint shop attached as well.

Nice place to stay in a hippie area. Surrounding by many great coffee and food places. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend to stay here.. especially if its your first visit to Chiangmai, Thailand
