Perfect. So far the best hotel that I stayed in Thailand. Personal super friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. They change the towel and clean every day. The bathroom is separated between the toilet and the shower (something that is not usual in Thailand). They have a big parking, something that is really useful inside the walls of Chiang Mai.

I always stayed here whenever I visit to Chiang Mai. The first two times was okay. I like the spot, room and service and that just made me come back again here.

At my third stay, I stayed for a week and the experience was very disappointing. The most disappointing thing was that when I request to send breakfast to my room as I am sick and worry about the health and safety for others when I go down to restaurant. And I was told that the owner does not allow it. I asked the reason but I did not get any. This is disappointing and a worrying factor for the health and safety of the guests.

I don’t know what is the problem but I honestly don’t think any of that reason is going to be important than health and safety of the guests.

This just made me never want to stay at this place here again.

Stairs a problem if decrepit!

Amazing, nice place. Just the breakfast were disappointing… and sad. We love to eat a lot for the breakfast, but here they many times didn’t have an opportunity to order something extra,we knew that we will have to pay and extra. That’s not a problem, the problem was a staff. One shift was amazing, the younger lady, she knew the English and she gave us and extra bread or also classical big Thai breakfast. And the second shift act like we did something and when we asked her for a breakfast she brought us just a small portion… also in case that we weren’t there for the first day????????????u200d♀️horrible…. But room are amazing, clean, it’s super nice quiet place, amazing outdoor, very good kitchen????????

Pricing is excellent. Just the right amount of comfort . Restaurants and bar in the hotel is closed for renovation in time of this writing ( 16 april 2022) its accessible to a lot of temples if you're into that and less than 300 meters there's a bustling food court strip and right beside the historical wall. Its alright and not bad at all. No gym and pool but it's right for the right traveller.

I've stayed in this hotel for over a month during the last few years. The hotel has very good location, good value, it's clean and it's equipped with comfortable bed and a big smart TV with netflix, youtube etc.
Staff are mostly polite and helpful. Breakfast not good.

Furthermore, during the years I've seen a big changeover in employees. Seems like the old "experienced" employees keep quitting and they are replaced with new inexperienced workers every couple of weeks. This sometimes leads to confusing, slow or bad service, since new workers are unsure about the habits of this new work place. In other words, I'm not blaming the staff, but there must be some kind of bad management or ownership issue in this company

A nice place in the middle of a trendy bustling area. Rooms are comfy and well equipped. We just missed a pool!
