Had a perfect experience with my family here. Great location, hospitality and super awesome kids that live next door that my kid played with a lot. Very inexpensive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free coffee and cookies as well as water bottle refill! Will be staying here again for sure.

Great place to stay! During my 3 weeks in Thailand I was in Chiang Mai on 2 separate occasions and both times stayed here. Clean airy rooms, wonderful friendly staff and a great location close to the Old City and Night Bazar.
Will definitely come back to stay when next on Chiang Mai

Rooms are nice. We payed 600 THB for private room with 2 beds. You share only 1 shower and 2 toilets (1 for each gender) on every floor
