I’ve been here twice. Once in 2013, where I broke a front tooth and Dr. Chris fix it very professionally.
Second time 2 weeks ago where I did a cleaning and fixed 3 cavities. And I took my girlfriend with me as well to do a cleaning. Very professionals! Thank you for your work!

Dr Joy performed root canal on one of my teeth and she did an amazing job. However, Dr. Chris then put the crown on my tooth but did not seal it correctly and now there is a gap between the gum and the crown so now I will need to have this replaced. Dr. Chris is a very unprofessional dentist and I'm pretty sure he scammed me into paying more for an expensive, pearl crown when I could have saved hundreds on a regular ceramic crown! I would recommend Dr. Joy for root canal, bit avoid Dr. Chris at all costs!

This dental clinic is the absolute best in town! Its affordable with highly qualified dentists, gentile assistants, a very clean environment and the latest state-of-the-art dentistry tools. Ive been coming here for years and all the work done is top quality. There's no run around wasting your time, your money nor your teeth! Highly recommend this place.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned properly after not having been to a dental clinic in a year. The doctor didn't even spend TEN MINUTES cleaning my teeth.

I asked him how come every time I had had this done before it took -at least- 40 minutes. He said "I don't know. It usually takes between 14-20 minutes, depending on the amount of calculus."

In that case I should have been charged the minimum price they quoted. However, I was still quoted 900THB by the end of the "treatment".

Do yourself (and your teeth) a favor and find a different dental clinic in Chiang Mai.

I went to Elite Smile seeking treatment for a painful molar. I ended up having several large fillings and a root canal in the two weeks before I left Thailand, with my last treatment the day I left Chiang Mai. BIG mistake. I was in still in pain while on my way back to NZ, and I've since found out that most of the work they did was not only unnecessary, but didn't solve the pain I'd gone in for. I've been in agony since returning to NZ and now may lose the tooth. My emails to Elite Smile have gone unanswered.

Yet another case of Thai dentists taking advantage of foreigners who don't know any better.

UPDATE: Three months on, ALL the work I had done at Elite Smile has had to be removed or replaced. I had to have a large molar extracted because they gave me a filling when it needed a root canal, leaving me in agony all through Christmas. Another large filling has just fallen out and I will now need to get a root canal for THAT tooth. Total disaster and a HUGE waste of money.

Just had a routine cleaning by Krisada Sangsiraprapa DDS. I've gone to the same dentist every 6 months in the States for almost 20 years so seeing a new dentist was something I've been putting off for 18 months now. I usually have a lot of plaque buildup and very sensitive teeth. The dentist was quick, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend seeing him! Total cost for cleaning was ฿800.

This used to be a good place 2 years ago but its changed. I was in there about a month ago. The dentist was eating a candy bar while drinking a soda along with having long dirty fingernails; not what I would expect from a dentist. The work I had done was done quickly with little attention to detail. I will for sure find a new dentist after this experience.
