Yum! Great Indian food with a section of the menu catered to vegans! Had the Chana Saag and it was awesome! Perfect level of spice, creaminess, and the combination of flavors was out of bounds good! Absolutely go!! I am definitely going back when I’m back in Chiang Mai! ????????????????

Very delicious food with reasonable prices for indian restaurant. A good mix of vegan dishes and dishes with meat, fish and dairy.

The service was exceptionally nice to us! Very polite and customer oriented. Everyone was very nice in the restaurant.

The food was very very good - this is the best indian restaurant I ever ate in. The selection in the menu is nice, I wanted to eat everything from it! And the taste was also very nice and spicy. You need to go there when you are in Chiang Mai definitely!!

One of the best Indian restaurants I tried in my life. Everything is very tasty. Cheese nan are a bit different than the ones in France, but the rest is very typical, tasty and you can Ask without spices

[Reviewed by a vegetarian!] Good, down to earth Indian fare at a no-frills open air restaurant in the heart of Chiang Mai. Quick service, tasty food, decent portions, reasonably priced. The soybean aloo was particularly good. If you're in the mood for honest Indian food, this is a good place to come.

First of all, I am Indian, so I know my Indian food!
I was recommended to try this place and I have to say was extremely disappointed. It was 3pm and there were no other customers We ordered mango lassis and these were simply iced water with a bit of mango thrown in. NOT mango lassis. They seemed to have run out of yoghurt but still served us these and refused to admit they were out. I told them they were not good and they charged us 70 baht each for awful tasting lassis.
Next the food. My husband ordered Chicken Kadai and I ordered a spicy Veggie Korma. I ordered a roti and my husband ordered a plain Naan. There was NO difference between the 2 bread offerings except for the flour used. And when I asked them about it the girl told me they were different because of the flour. I am not an ignorant tourist so this kind of pee'd me off. Roti is thinner and naan is usually bigger.
The portions were absolutely tiny! Like 2 spoons!
The only reason I have given a second star was because the taste of the main dishes was good, but the portions were too small for what we paid. Plus the table was swimming in ants!
455 baht for a meal which left us still hungry.

Instead of addressing the issues, the owner posts: “Thanks for your review;” months later. Definitely not good enough.

Curry Express (which isn’t far from here) is soooo much better. Better portions and incredibly delicious.
